From 19th July 2010 all our recliners come with the following cover :
- A 5 year guarantee on the recliner action
- A 5 year guarantee on all recliner frames
- A 5 year guarantee on all electric motors
- A 5 year guarantee on all electric handsets
- A 5 year guarantee on all electric transformers
- A 5 year guarantee on all electric control boxes
- A 5 year guarantee on all other electrical parts
These cover all defects in workmanship and materials providing the furniture has been used in the correct way.
If you should have any difficulty with a recliner chair we also supply a leaflet of quick troubleshooting checks.
Any major problems can be reported to us and we will then instruct the repair & maintenance company (Pheonix) to arrange a visit. They will be in touch within 48 hours and a visit is usually within another 48 hours of then.
