How to Order

Two Simple methods to choose from:

1: Phone us direct on 01283 740004 ( sales office open Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm)

2: Fill in our online order form. We will then call you back as soon as we have received this (Mon-Sat 9am - 5pm), or at the date and time you request. We will then confirm all the details with you over the phone and collect the 20% deposit from your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay the deposit with a cheque in the post this is also acceptable. A confirmation of the full order will then be posted to you with a receipt for your deposit payment.

Delivery and Balance Payment
When your order is ready to be delivered we will phone you to book a convenient date & time. Usually we can offer a two hour slot for delivery on the selected date. Payment of the balance can be made before delivery or on delivery, whichever you prefer. This can be with a Debit/Credit card or Cash. If you intend to pay the balance with a Cheque, please let us know this when we arrange the delivery.
