This is the Comfi-Sit small 2 seater recliner sofa made by Sherborne upholstery and it looks striking and stylish as well as offering excellent all round comfort. This comfort stems from the high back cushions with three horizontal bars that support the back of the head & neck as well as a creating a natural lumbar supporting region too. There are full length pillow style arms as well as a supportive seat area with a resilient foam interior that is sprung below.
The manual recliner action is released using the inset catch or handle on the outside of each arm. This allows the footplate to rise up behind the users legs and lift them gently higher. To move into a more fully reclined position requires the user to shuffle backwards into the seat a little further and then the back will slowly lower down to a near lying down position. To come back to sitting position simply sit forwards and the back of the recliner will come upright and then sweep the footplate closed with the back of the legs.
